How this works

L10 basic rating life is the life associated with 90% reliability, calculated per ISO 281. For ball bearings, the exponent p = 3; for roller bearings, p = 10/3.

Equivalent dynamic load P can be entered directly, or calculated from radial load (Fr), axial load (Fa), and factors X and Y from the bearing catalog: P = X·Fr + Y·Fa.
