How we verify specifications, define inspection scope and confirm the supply route before quotation and production. Requirements are agreed per model and order.
We check the part number against dimensions, tolerance, seal, clearance and material. If anything is unclear, we ask — we don't guess.
We confirm whether the bearing is in-house production, partner supply, or needs custom manufacturing. No "in stock" claims without verification.
You get a formal quotation with a realistic lead time — not a placeholder. The quote is based on confirmed supply, not a sales target.
Before shipping, bearings are inspected for the parameters that matter for your application. Inspection data available on request.
These aren't marketing claims. These are the parameters our inspection equipment measures, per batch, on real bearings.
Inspection scope is defined by the model, application and agreed sampling plan. Ask us which measurements and reports can be included for your specific order.
Every bearing is coated with rust-preventive oil rated for 6-12 months of sea transit. Climate-specific oil available for humid destinations.
Individual plastic wrap or vacuum-sealed packs for critical bearings. Group packing for bulk standard models. Mixed packing for multi-line orders.
Palletized for sea freight, carton-packed for air. We handle export paperwork, commercial invoices and certificates of origin as needed.
Tell us your application and we'll tell you which parameters we can measure and provide data for — before you commit.
